FAQ

How the aggregator works, who recovers funds, and what we offer

Can I recover funds after paying scammers? ▼

Often yes if you act quickly — card chargeback, harder for crypto/P2P. Recovery is done by banks, payment systems, or courts, not by this portal. We are an aggregator: investigations plus guidance on evidence; we may refer you to partners. Save chats, receipts, and screenshots early.

Are you a government agency or regulator? ▼

No. Alerts Center by VernutDengi is an independent information aggregator of the VernutDengi service. We collect investigations, WHOIS, and open-registry signals. We do not recover funds, issue licenses, shut down sites, or replace law enforcement — we inform and may refer you to specialists.

What is an «audit» and what happens after I apply? ▼

A free initial consultation: domain, payment method, short description. A specialist contacts you on business days (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 UTC) to assess scam indicators and suggest bank steps. This is not fund recovery by the portal and not a guaranteed outcome.

Where do investigation articles come from? ▼

Each article reviews one domain: open complaint registries, WHOIS (age, registrar, resale), typical fraud patterns, and on-site user reviews. Content is editorial, based on public signals; registry excerpts may be in another language. The database grows as new domains and reports appear.

How much does the portal cost? ▼

Reading, search, and audit requests are free. Paid recovery services, if any, come from banks, lawyers, or other organizations — not from Alerts Center by VernutDengi as an aggregator. We do not charge scam-style «withdrawal fees».

What evidence should I preserve first? ▼

Account screenshots; chats with «managers» (email, Telegram, WhatsApp); payment proofs (statements, receipts, blockchain hashes); site URL and signup date; ads that led you there. Do not pay extra «tax» or «insurance» to unlock withdrawals — a common scam tactic.

How long does a bank dispute take? ▼

Often several weeks up to ~120 days. The portal does not run the dispute for you — we suggest how to describe the case; the bank decides.

Can I leave a review under an article? ▼

Yes. Each investigation has a review form. Submissions are moderated against spam. Reviews and ratings help others assess risk before depositing.

Do you recover money for victims yourselves? ▼

No. We work as an information aggregator: investigation database, open registries, WHOIS, user reviews, and a free initial audit. Banks, payment systems, lawyers, or authorities handle transfers, chargeback, and court action — not our portal. We help you avoid obvious traps and prepare to go where decisions are made legally.
